Can I park my car at the holiday home/camp pitch?

It is allowed to park one car (if possible) at your holiday home, apartment or camp pitch.

What is the latest check-in time?

On all TopParken holiday parks you can check in between 15:00 p.m. and 17:00 p.m. on Monday through Sunday.

Is it possible to check in earlier or later?

Normal checking in time is 15:00 to 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please contact reception on the day of arrival.
If you arrive later than 17:00, please contact reception, who will inform you about the further check-in procedure. This is only possible if the booking has been paid in full.

What to do if we arrive at the holiday park after closing time?

If, due to circumstances, you will arrive at the holiday park after closing time, you have to inform the reception before 17:00 p.m.

What time do I check out?

At all TopParken holiday parks (with the exception of Bospark Ede) you have to check out at the following times.

Monday to Friday before 10:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday before 11:00 a.m.

Is it possible to check out later?

Is it possible to have a guest over (for a number of nights)?

Yes, you may have a guest over. This guest/these guests have to be registered at the reception of the holiday park.

  • The number of extra guests allowed depends on the number of beds in your holiday home/apartment. You pay € 10.00 per person per night + park charges.
  • An extra guest/extra guests at a camp pitch is possible from the 5th person. You pay € 6.00 per person per night.

Can I rent a chalet for a longer period?

Where can I find the terms of the cancellation insurance?

I want to cancel, what to do?

If you took out a cancellation insurance of Europeesche Verzekeringen when you made your reservation, you can find the terms here. If you have your own multi-trip insurance, please consult it for the terms.

If you do not have cancellation insurance or if your reasons for cancellation are not supported by the insurance company, the following cancellation costs apply.

  • In the event of cancellation from 93 days before arrival, you pay 15% of the total rental amount.
  • In the event of cancellation from 62 to 93 days before arrival, you pay 50% of the total rental amount.
  • In the event of cancellation from 31 to 62 days before arrival, you pay 75% of the total rental amount.
  • In the event of cancellation from 1 to 31 days before arrival, you pay 90% of the total rental amount.
  • In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, you pay 100% of the total rental amount.

Will there be any towels and kitchen towels when I arrive at my holiday home?

Towels and kitchen towels are not included in the price. These will not normally be left waiting for you when you arrive at your holiday accommodation. They can be rented optionally for a supplement of € 4 per set by contacting us at www.mijntopparken.nl or calling +31 (0)88 500 2424.

Can I reserve the same holiday accommodation that I saw in the photo?

Each type of accommodation exists in different versions. If you have a preference for a particular design, you can reserve it for a supplement of € 15. Otherwise, you will be allocated one of the various versions.

I want to be sure I am allocated non-smoking accommodation.

Can I bring my pet?

You must let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet with you. Pets are not allowed in all holiday homes. Up to 2 pets are permitted per holiday home.

The number of guests on my confirmation is incorrect. How can I change this?

Can I bring my own bed linen?

Can I clean the holiday home myself, and not pay for the final cleaning?

All TopParken holiday parks offer the use of wireless internet. There are various internet packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Family. These packages signify the number of MBs (internet speed). In each holiday home at TopParken, you will receive the standard package 1 device bronze. At the reception desk at the park you can upgrade the package, at a charge.

In which box is a second home taxed for the income tax?

For the income tax, a second home/holiday home is taxed in box 3 at the WOZ value (Real Estate Appraisal Act). This is on the condition that the holiday home is not used as the main residence.
